Labor. Birth. Baby! is a FREE, comprehensive, video rich class that provides parents with the essential information and support to prepare them for the labor and delivery process. Topics include pregnancy anatomy, common complications during pregnancy, understanding labor and birth, comfort techniques, medical procedures, including cesarean sections and much more! Your support person is encouraged to come, but it is not required. Knowledge is power, and a better understanding of the birth process will allow you to enter childbirth more relaxed, confident and empowered.

It is ideal to take this class between 26-34 weeks pregnant. One registration covers each couple attending.
