Preparing for your birth

In this 2-hour FREE class expectant parents will learn about common discomforts in late pregnancy, birth preferences, labor support, creating your ideal labor environment, what to pack in your hospital bag, comfort measures in early labor, 1st and 2nd stage positions and the golden hours. Come dressed in comfortable clothes as we will practice some of the positions.

The ideal time to take this class is between 28-36 weeks of pregnancy.

Partners are encouraged to attend. One registration covers each couple attending.
