Sentara RMH Diabetes Support Group

“Living Well Beyond Type 2” is a diabetes support group open to anyone interested in learning about the prevention and self management of Type 2 diabetes, including loved ones and caregivers.

Each month, Diabetes Care & Education Specialists will lead discussions on a variety of topics. Guest speakers, demonstrations and resource materials will also be incorporated.
