    The Great Bridge Sentara Therapy Center is located adjacent to the Great Bridge/Hickory Family YMCA. Working in partnership with the greater Chesapeake YMCA organization, we're on a mission to help families enjoy greater health. Our center offers physical therapy and aquatic rehabilitation.
