Sentara Therapy Center - Independence

The Sentara Therapy Center – Independence is located adjacent to the Sentara Independence facility. We use state-of-the-art equipment to evaluate and treat physical therapy patients. Our staff excels in educating patients about their individualized treatment plans. We offer specialized care for patients with back, neck and lower leg dysfunctions. We also offer rehabilitation services for patients with neuromusculoskeletal and musculoskeletal conditions.
