    Sentara Therapy Center – King and Queen is located in Shacklefords in the Telework Center building. This comprehensive physical therapy center offers a full range of therapies to assist with all of your rehabilitation needs. Our services include orthopedics, spine, sports medicine, neurological and postsurgical rehabilitation.

    Also, our center uses Sentara MyChart, which connects your therapy information to your electronic medical record and goes with you wherever you go within Sentara.
