Dr. Michael Hooper is an experienced physician dedicated to providing quality, patient-centered care. As part of Sentara Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Specialists, he helps treat patients with all types of pulmonary and respiratory diseases, including obstructive and restrictive lung diseases, respiratory failure, lung cancer, occupational lung disease and more. Dr. Hooper is a physician-scientist with active clinical trials in critically ill patients. When not caring for his patients, Dr. Hooper is a member of the West Ghent Civic League and participates in community helper presentations with Saint Patrick Catholic School in Norfolk.
